ChargeFWD Ltd. is a registered engineering company that helps residential and commercial clients plan and implement EV-ready and electrification solutions.

Ryan Chan – is an experienced Project Manager at ChargeFWD, specializing in the development and delivery of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and fleet electrification projects. With hands-on experience in EV deployment, facility management and procurement across public and private sectors, Ryan brings a strong operational and strategic perspective. Most recently a Senior Procurement Advisor at BC Hydro, he excels in coordinating projects, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution. Ryan’s expertise supports ChargeFWD in helping clients transition to sustainable transportation while optimizing infrastructure, cost, and operational efficiency.

Patrick Breuer – brings over a decade of experience in fleet management and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. As Lead Project Manager at ChargeFWD, he oversees the development and delivery of EV charging projects, including Level 2 and Level 3 installations, as well as fleet and facility assessments. Patrick’s expertise spans both public and private sectors, having worked with Plug in BC and the London Ambulance Service on EV strategy, fleet electrification, and sustainable operations. Known for his technical knowledge, strategic insight, and collaborative approach, Patrick ensures projects are delivered efficiently while aligning operational needs with environmental goals.
